Registration opens on 25 February 2022.

Congress registration fees include: admission to all congress sessions, abstract volume, congress program guide, attendance to welcome party on 7 September 2022, snack and coffee breaks according to the scheduled program, and social events (to be specified). No travel or health insurance is included.

Registration fees must be paid in EUR or BGN (for Bulgarian participants) by bank transfer. The appropriate transfer and bank charges in addition to the registration fees have to be paid by the sender. Please ensure that the name of the event (CBGA2022) and participant are stated on the payment order.

For transfers in BGN:

Student registrations require either a copy of student card or a scan of confirmation of student status from corresponding academic institution that must be submitted together with the abstract(s). Students can apply for grants covering registration fee and/or accommodation by submitting CBGA2022_Form C_Grant Application (to cbga2022@gmail.com) not later than 1 June 2022.

Registration must be accompanied by payment (early bird or standard). Otherwise, it will not be processed and standard registration rates will be applied in the case of early bird registration.

Registration fees will be refunded only if the notice of cancellation is received before 1 August 2022. The cancellation fee is € 30.

Cancellations after 1 August 2022 and no-shows are not eligible for a refund.
